GRIFFIN, Gloria Marie (Esposito) of Holbrook, formerly of Chelsea, passed away peacefully on January 19th,2023, at the age of 86. Gloria was the daughter of the late Albert and Rose (Sturnillo) Esposito.
Gloria was the wife of the late Paul Henry Griffin. She was loving mother to her two daughters, Paula Ann Phaneuf of Penacook, NH and Gina Marie Esposito of Massachusetts. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Shawn Jackson of Fort Myers, FL, Shelly Bryson of Andover, MA and Chase Phaneuf of Hooksett, NH. She also leaves a great granddaughter, Olivia Jackson of Key West, FL. Gloria was the devoted sister of Marie Spicuzza of Holbrook and aunt to Donald Spicuzza and Susan Spicuzza-Gray. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Gloria dedicated her life to taking care of her two daughters in addition to dedicating 20+ years as a nursing assistant. This work started at the Community Nursing Home of Cottage Manor.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, January 28th,2023 at 9 AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 153 South Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA 02343.
