TALBOT, Sharon L. “Sherry” (Grey), of Weymouth, formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on October 16, 2022. Born in Weymouth, Sherry grew up in Braintree and graduated from Braintree High School, Class of 1970. Prior to retirement Sherry worked as a preschool teacher in Braintree for over 25 years. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking and vacationing on Humarock Beach, however, she was most happy when spending time with her family and grandchildren. A devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, auntie and friend, Sherry will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Sherry was the beloved wife of 48 years to David Talbot. Loving mother of Katie Graziano and her husband Larry of Braintree and Wendy Davey and her husband Mark of Rockland. Devoted sister of Deborah Waugh and her husband Greg of FL, Guy Grey, Jr and his wife Donna of CT, Wendy Grey of AZ and Richard Grey and his wife Susan of Scituate. Cherished “Mammie” to Larry, Jr., Kayla, Lyla and Ally. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and loved ones. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Saturday, October 22nd from 8:30 – 10:00 AM in the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Village Cemetery, Weymouth.
