PICEWICK, Ann M. (Brewer), of Braintree, passed peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, on March 19, 2022. Ann grew up in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School. She worked at South Boston Savings Bank for many years, as well as Michael's craft store. She very much enjoyed crafting and scrapbooking photo albums for her dear grandchildren. In earlier years, she enjoyed camping with her family at Normandy Farms and summer vacations in Lake George, NY. She also loved going on cruises with her loving husband, George. Ann loved to throw big BBQs for Braintree Day and all were welcome, and she was known for her famous coconut magic squares, which were delicious! She will be sorely missed and remembered warmly by all who were lucky enough to know her. Ann was the loving wife for 50 years to George Picewick. Devoted mother of Jason and his wife Lynette of Braintree, Michael and his wife Leah of Hull, and Megan of Braintree. Ann’s pride and joy was her role as beloved grandmother to Ryan, Joshua, Grace, Joseph, Olivia and Mason, whom they affectionately called “Nannie”. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, March 23rd from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St. Braintree. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 24th at 10:00 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Braintree. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s name to the Hospice of the South Shore, 30 Reservoir Park Dr, Rockland, MA 02370.
