CLIFFORD, SR., Arthur N., of Randolph, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2021, at the age of 88. Born in Boston to the late Roy and Delia (Burke) Clifford, Arthur graduated from Brighton High School. He went on to further his education at Fisher College. Arthur proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Arthur worked for Hanson Printing as a printer for many years. In his free time, he liked to fish, golf and spend time on his computer. Arthur loved to bowl and enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox. He liked to attend the Senior Center and was a Grand Knight and member of the Knights of Columbus for 50+ years. Arthur loved his home and cherished his time with his family. He was happiest going on car ride adventures with his wife to Wollaston Beach. Arthur was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to have known him. Beloved husband of 63 years to Joan (Curtis) Clifford. Loving father of Arthur Clifford, Jr. and his wife Donna of Worcester, Ann Johansen and her late husband Donald of Abington, Mark Clifford of Abington and the late Edward Clifford. Cherished grandfather of Melissa Mayes, Liam Clifford, John Clifford and Kate Clifford. Step-grandfather to Steven Grise and Barbara Grise. Caring great-grandfather of Caeleigh, Jack and Colin. Devoted brother of Robert Clifford and his wife Doris of Kingston. Arthur was predeceased by 8 brother and 3 sisters. Arthur is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, August 3rd from 8:30 – 10:30 AM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 N. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Church, 211 N. Main St., Randolph. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Arthur’s name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
