STRATTON, Beverly A. (Murphy), was born in Boston, and moved to Milton where she spent most of her life raising her three children. After a courageous long battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on July 18, 2021, at the age of 83. Beverly worked 30 years at Boston City Hospitals and always worked two jobs to help support her family. In her free time, Beverly loved going out to eat, spending time with family, watching the Hallmark channel, and was a sports enthusiast, especially for the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots. She also enjoyed traveling and always loved her Disney trips! Beverly was always very charitable to her two favorite organizations, Saint Jude and the MSPCA. She was an animal lover and could always be found surrounded by her loving dogs. A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Bev will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Bev is survived by her loving children, Regina (Stratton) Wisneski of Abington, Laurie & Chip McGuire of Braintree and Brian & Robyn Stratton of Rockland. Devoted sister of Mary Forrester (Sissy) of North Carolina and her brother Paul Murphy (Skunk) of Brighton. Cherished grandmother of Kenny, Paige and the late Spencer Wisneski, Brendan and Sean McGuire. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and the family dogs, “Bella”, “Bogey”, “Beatz” and “Ruby”. Relatives and friends are welcome to join in a Celebration of Life, to be held at the Common Market in Quincy on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 4:30 -7:30 PM with a Eulogy at 5:45 PM.
