KANASH, Arnold M. “Arnie”, of Middleboro, died Tuesday March 23, 2021, at his home, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Joan M. (Dooley) Kanash. Loving father of Karin Tyler and her husband Jimmy of Oklahoma, Barbara Kuchar and her husband Tony of Louisiana, John Kanash and his wife Kim of New Hampshire, Michael Kanash and his wife Michelle of Holbrook, Lisa English and her husband Tim of East Taunton, and the late Arnold M. Kanash, Jr. Also Survived by his step children, Karen Williams and her husband Jeff of Whitman, Paul Ludvigsen of Georgia, Donna McAvoy and her late husband William of Middleboro, Tara Kislauskis and her husband Paul of Kingston. Cherished grandfather of many grand, great and great-great grandchildren. Also survived by his friend and caretaker Bianca Claudio of Carver. Arnold was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served in the Korean War. He enjoyed singing, square dance calling, gardening and a good Western movie. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, those attending will be asked to pay their respects and depart to allow the next guests to enter the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, March 29th from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph. A private Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 30th in St. Mary Church, Randolph. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Arnie's name to a local Veterans organization of your choice.
