She is survived by Dennis Marsh; beloved husband of 46 years.
She was the daughter of Elizabeth Maus and the late Francis Maus.
Granddaughter to the late John and Betty O’Bocki, who she admired dearly and greatly influenced her caring nature and religious faith.
Loving sister to Virginia Treece and her husband Steve (deceased) of Sun City, Arizona; Frank Maus of Missoula, Montana; David Maus of Windsor, Connecticut; Elizabeth Ross and her husband James of Billings, Montana; Gary Maus and his wife Deborah of Brookfield, Massachusetts, Daniel Maus and his wife Nancy of Westwood, Massachusetts; and James Maus and his wife Michelle of Clancy, Montana.
Sister-In-Law to George and Bonnie Marsh of Dallas, Georgia and the late Joyce Marsh.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving relatives and friends.
Peggy loved to travel and cherished spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved children and treated them all as her own. She was an avid square dancer for many years with her beloved husband Dennis. Peggy also enjoyed needle point, knitting, other crafts, gardening, harvesting the fruits of her efforts and sharing them with others. She loved her dogs which brought her much joy and laughter and she always had room for ice cream. She was a faithful long-time member of the Saint Clare Catholic Church in Braintree where she enjoyed singing in the choir, participating in worship, and serving coffee and donuts. Her abundant patience, loving kindness, and compassion for others will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched, especially her numerous close friends.
In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Friday, February 12th, from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 South Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA. A private Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 PM in St. Clare Church, Braintree. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
