JOANNA BODNAR, Our beautiful and loving mother, daughter and sister, Joanna Bodnar passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. She was 47. Joanna treasured her three beautiful boys, Alex 17, Christopher 15, and AJ 11. She leaves behind her beloved parents, Harry and Panagiota Patrinos of Mansfield, MA, and her four loving siblings, Angela Zervos, John Patrinos, Vasilios Patrinos and Christos Patrinos along with their spouses. She is also survived by 9 loving nieces and nephews.

Joanna strived to be the best she could be in everything she did. She earned her Bachelorís degree from Plymouth State University and earned a Masterís degree in Psychology from UMass Boston. She was a former high school guidance counselor, a perfect role as she loved helping others. She was also an accomplished athlete as an All-American field hockey player. Above all, Joanna was especially proud of her three children and all their amazing accomplishments.

Joanna had a loving personality, was kind and compassionate and had a heart of gold. Her laughter was infectious, and everyone wanted to be surrounded by her. Joanna always had a word of encouragement and a love for life. Her energy and spirit will live on in all of us. Our beloved mom, daughter and sister will be profoundly missed. She will be remembered as a sparkling light forever in our hearts.

Private services will be held for the family at St. Catherineís Greek Orthodox Church in Braintree, MA.
