HEALEY, Paul M. “Coach”, “Heals”, “Pugsly”, “Pugger”, of Flagler Beach, FL formerly of Holbrook, passed away suddenly on May 5, 2019, at the age of 59. Paul grew up in Holbrook, and graduated from Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree. Following graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy, where he served as a chef on a nuclear submarine. After returning home from his service, he attended Bridgewater State College where he played football. Paul worked for many years as a mechanic at the Stop & Shop warehouse, owned his own business, Coaches Catering and worked as a chef for the Belmont Country Club. Paul was inducted into the Archbishop Williams Sports Hall of Fame. His passion was coaching football and he coached for Archbishop Williams High School and Milton Academy. He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Kocher) Healey. Dear son of Marilyn and the late Jack Healey. Brother of Kevin Healey of East Weymouth, John Healey of Naples, FL, Frank Healey of Hampton Beach, NH and Stephen Healey of Hingham. Also survived by many favorite nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend a memorial visitation on Friday, May 10th, 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 68 South Franklin St. Holbrook. He will be interned at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, on Monday, May 13th, at 10:15 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Archbishop Williams High School, Attn: Advancement Office, 40 Independence Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184.
