NORKUS, Robert “Bob” of Quincy, MA, passed away on April 22, 2019. Born in Brockton, Bob attended Brockton High School before enrolling in Massasoit and later, Harvard University. Bob will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, eye for photography, love of reading, and passion for Boston sports teams. Bob enjoyed walks through historic Quincy and Boston, and immersing himself in nature, exploring places like the Arnold Arboretum, Acadia National Park, and Colorado Red Rocks. He had a knack for snapping and sharing photos, turning imperfections into art through his camera lens. Bob volunteered at the Thomas Crane Public Library as well as a local TV station. Bob was the beloved son of the late Brauni and Anne Norkus of Brockton, MA. Devoted brother of Ann and Gerald Skulley of Littleton, CO and Nancy and Charles Fraser of Randolph, MA. Cherished uncle of Tom (Stephanie) Skulley of Saint Paul, MN, Christopher (Susan) Skulley of Santa Cruz, CA, Megan (Brian) Clement of Littleton, CO, Andrew Fraser of Attleboro, MA, and Sarah Fraser of Weymouth, MA. Bob is also survived by 9 grandnieces and grandnephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A memorial celebration will be hosted in the near future.
