TREAMER-MALAFRONTE, Dorothy S., of Kingston, formerly of Randolph, Brookline and Somerville, passed away peacefully, on March 3, 2019, at the age of 96. Dorothy was born in New Jersey. She was raised in Somerville, graduated from Somerville High School and later moved to Brookline. Dorothy worked as a secretary for Ryerson-Tull Steel in Alston for over 30 years. She enjoyed drawing, creating arts and crafts and playing word games in her free time. Dorothy was a very kind and giving woman, who was always taking care of others. She was happiest when spending time with her family, whom she loved. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Beloved wife of the late Thomas O. Malafronte. Devoted sister of the late Paul S. Treamer, Scott A. Treamer, Robert A. Treamer and Anne E. Treamer. Loving aunt of Terese E. Webb and her husband Robert of Hanover and Scott J. Treamer and his wife Alissa of N.C. Caring great-aunt of Stephanie Sjostedt, Kimberly Ball, Brittany Webb, and Katherine Treamer. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Thursday, March 7, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 N. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph. A Funeral Service will be held immediately following at 12:00 PM in the Cartwright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in her name to American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305.
