FOLEY, Anne C. (Golden), of Braintree, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2018, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Vincent P. Foley. Beloved and adored mother of Beth Foley (Michael Torney) of Braintree, Ellen Foley McCann (Ed) of Philadelphia, PA, Julianne Foley of Quincy, Mark Foley (Suzanne) of Cumming, GA, the late James Foley (Hannah) of Scituate, Maria Pulgini (Joseph) of East Bridgewater, Cathy Eufrazio (Jake) of Braintree, Luke Foley of Braintree, Edward Foley (Marlo Manning) of Kingston, and Christopher Foley (Amy) of Mansfield. She was the proud and loving Nana to Meghan, Sammi, Brennan, Ryan, Danielle, Luke, Cameron, Sean, Jamie, Danny, Grace, Holden, Brendan, Trevor, Declan, and Sophia. Daughter of the late Peter and Mary Ellen (Delahanty) Golden. Survived by her sister Rosemary Hartnett of Easton, and her twin brother, James Golden of Braintree. Predeceased by her brothers Peter, Paul, Joseph, and John Golden, and sister Maureen O’Rourke. She also leaves her beloved sisters-in-law, Joan Golden of Quincy, and Sheila Foley of Williamsburg, VA, many loving nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends, especially her dear friend, Nancy Breed of Randolph. Anne will be remembered for her love of and pride in her family, her beautiful smile, her amazing voice, and her love of life. She was the world’s greatest Mom, and we will love and miss her forever. The family would like to express its gratitude and thanks to all the staff at Sunrise of Braintree for their kind and loving care of Mom, and the support they gave us in her last days. Reposing at the Cartwright – Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree, until 11:30 AM on Tuesday, April 24th, followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Tuesday morning from 9:00 – 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
