MacDONALD, John “Jack”, lifelong resident of Braintree, passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2017, at the age of 64. Born in Boston and raised in Braintree, Jack graduated from Braintree High School. He had worked for many years as a truck driver for the J.F. Price Co. Jack had a passion for motorcycles and could often be found riding his Harley. A devoted son, brother, uncle and friend, Jack will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known him. Jack was the beloved son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Connor) MacDonald. Devoted brother of Leslie A. MacDonald of Braintree, Jeffrey MacDonald of Rockland and the late Gail MacDonald and Gregory MacDonald. Dear fiancé of Nancy Martignetti of Stoughton. Loving uncle of Charles MacDonald and his wife Stephanie and Timothy MacDonald. Reposing at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday, October 2nd from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Braintree Cemetery.
