She had worked there for 30 years and retired about 14 years ago. She was a former shop steward for the IBEW. Member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was member of The Polish White Eagles, in Brockton and enjoyed many of the various club activities such as swapping jig saw puzzles. Also after her retirement she became a "Nanny" where she became known as "Nana Claire" to her children.
